who are interested in Orthodox theology, culture, history
and contemporary religious thought. Before starting your
application, please review the admission requirements below.
They will help you understand whether the programme is

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
A Secondary
School Certificate
or equivalent qualification that provides access to higher
education in your country and have completed at least the final
two years of secondary education as a full-time student.
English Language
Proficiency
at a minimum B2 level.

APPLICATION
PROCESS
We make it easy for you in 7 steps
1. Submit Your Application
Submit your application together with the required supporting
documents. Throughout the process, the Admission Officer is
available to answer questions and provide guidance.
2. Application Review
The Programme Committee reviews your application to
confirm that all eligibility requirements have been met and
that the required documents have been submitted.
3. Evaluation of Your Application
Your academic background, qualifications and supporting
documents are carefully evaluated by the Committee.
4. Online Interview
Eligible applicants may be invited to participate in an online
interview with members of the Programme Committee.
5. Additional Language Assessment (if required)
In some admission rounds, applicants may be asked to
complete an additional English language assessment.
6. Admission Decision
Following the evaluation process, the Programme Committee
prepares the final list of admitted students.
7. Enrolment at Aristole University
Successful applicants complete their enrolment at Aristole
University following the instructions provided by the Programme

Before submitting your application, please make sure you
have prepared the following documents. All documents must
be submitted in English or accompanied by an official English
translation where required.

Copy of your passport or national identity card.
2. High School Diploma
Original diploma together with an official English translation.
3. Final-Year School Transcript
Original transcript and official English translation.
4. Academic Transcript
Detailed transcript issued by your institution of origin.
5. Program of Study
Official program or curriculum from your institution
for academic equivalence verification.
6. English Language Certificate
Proof of English language proficiency in accordance with the
admission requirements.
7. Letter of Interest & CV
A short motivation letter together with your curriculum vitae.

Payment Schedule
Tuition fees are paid according to the payment schedule
communicated to admitted students before enrolment.
Payment Method
Payments are made electronically to the Special Account for
Research Funds of AU (ELKE AU), following the instructions
provided by the Program Secretariat.
Confirmation of Participation
Upon acceptance of an offer of admission, candidates may
be required to confirm their participation in the program
according to the instructions provided by the Program
Secretariat.
All payments and related procedures are conducted in accordance with the
regulations of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and are subject to updates
by the competent authorities
